Delivery timelines vary depending on location:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during promotions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

You will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to:

Unavailable recipient
Incorrect contact number

the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Ammadi is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners but we will assist in resolving issues whenever possible.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Ammadi will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
