Return & Refund Policy

At Ammadi, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings or personal-use jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery
  • Products without original packaging or tags

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@ammadi.com
  2. Share:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or video (if damaged/incorrect item)

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.


4. Reverse Pickup

  • If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.
  • In locations without pickup service, customers may be requested to ship the item manually.
  • Shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Refund methods:

  • Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit.

Refund processing time:

  • 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Wrong product received
  • Size issues (if applicable)

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return process must be followed.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/videos for verification.

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.


9. Refund Delays

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account first.
  • Contact your payment provider.
  • Then contact us for assistance.
