At Ammadi, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings or personal-use jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery
- Products without original packaging or tags
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@ammadi.com
- Share:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos or video (if damaged/incorrect item)
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.
4. Reverse Pickup
- If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.
- In locations without pickup service, customers may be requested to ship the item manually.
- Shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Refund methods:
- Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit.
Refund processing time:
- 5–7 business days after approval.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Damaged items
- Wrong product received
- Size issues (if applicable)
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return process must be followed.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos/videos for verification.
Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
